Royal, Titan & Celestial

Three levels of engagement, each covering the public brand, the operating portal and the systems that connect them. Native applications and campaign management are quoted as separate work.

Studio

How we take on work

Our remit covers the whole operating brand of a venue or institution: the public website people find you through, the program merchandising that reflects how you actually sell, the admissions that feed daily operations, and the portal your staff works in. It also covers the infrastructure nobody puts in a brochure, from domain email and Google Workspace to the CRM behind every enquiry, policy pages drafted for your jurisdiction, consent governed analytics, support desks, and assistants that hand the conversation to a person when it needs one.

Commercial frame

How the commercial offer is composed

Royal, Titan and Celestial are not marketing labels. They fix the perimeter of the web build, public site and management portal, and the band of code volume we commit to deliver. Every additional module, integration, or native application appears in the proposal with its own fee and milestones, because a Ninera quote must read clearly for whoever signs it and whoever implements it.

Included in the platform baseline

  • The public website and the management portal that runs behind it.
  • The staff layer, with roles, content, enquiries, workflows and reporting.
  • Go live infrastructure plus mandatory platform care, including Paladin cybersecurity and live monitoring.

Most frequently added as separate lines

  • Member portal, CRM depth, admissions and the full set of legal pages.
  • Native applications at Companion, Workflow or Operations level.
  • Shop, Google Workspace and domain email, growth instrumentation, campaign management and the support stack.
  • Migration off WordPress or another CMS onto a codebase you own.

Code volume is measured as work is delivered, which is how a band is confirmed. A complete estate, with admissions, CRM, integrations and policy work, frequently passes 100,000 lines before any mobile development begins.

Value

The work that sits around the baseline

Eleven workstreams, priced when you need them. Some are absorbed into Titan or Celestial; the rest always appear as a line of their own in the proposal.

Public presence and revenue

How you are found, and how demand reaches your team.

  • Venue operating brandPublic website, narrative, news and credibility, with professional email on your own domain.
  • Program merchandisingCatalogs, pathways, pricing surfaces and offers presented the way your team sells them.
  • AdmissionsEnrollment, guest invitations and intake, captured straight into the CRM and staff queues.
  • Revenue and CRMBespoke pipelines, member records, landing pages, dashboards and operational reporting.

Trust and operations

Identity, policy, support and the movement of money.

Launch and growth

Going live cleanly, then measuring what actually works.

  • Migration from WordPressContent, databases and history moved off WordPress onto code you own, rebuilt around your own logic.

Engagements

Royal · Titan · Celestial

The figures below are build baselines for the web platform, meaning the public site and the management portal. CRM depth, legal packages, growth setup and native applications are quoted as separate lines once the scope audit is complete.

Foundation

Royal

The public brand and the portal your team works in every day.

€15,000Build baseline from

up to roughly 35,000 lines of code after the scope audit.

  • Public website and management portal
  • Hosting, SSL, backups and launch hardening
  • Roles, content management and enquiry capture
  • Platform care and Paladin from go live

Estate

Celestial

Several applications, deep integrations, and fees set after a technical audit.

On application

beyond 100,000 lines of code, quoted individually.

  • Multi application estates at institutional scale
  • Deep integrations and bespoke data models
  • Compliance architecture for long horizons
  • Build and care priced after a technical audit

Placement in a band is confirmed by an audit of code volume as delivery progresses. Estates that carry admissions, CRM and substantial integration work generally settle in Titan or Celestial well before any mobile development is considered.

Platform care and Paladin

Software does not stand still once it is live. The mandatory platform care retainer covers patching, backups, certificate management, and incident response, sized to the codebase it protects. It also includes Paladin: we do not leave your estate on hosting firewalls alone. We add hardened perimeter controls, monitoring we operate ourselves, and response when something moves wrong. No security plugin to renew, no separate subscription that quietly lapses. A digital home in our care is watched by systems that stay alive because we maintain them.

Mobile

Native applications are quoted separately

Web engagements do not include iOS or Android. Each application is a build in its own right, ordinarily between €2,000 and €10,000 according to the depth of the work.

  • Companion

    From €2,000per application

One well defined journey for members or customers, kept in step with the portal.

  • Workflow

    From €5,000per application

Bookings, forms and authenticated access, with live data available away from the desk.

  • Operations

    From €10,000per application

Tools for staff on the floor, covering guests, walk ins, events and payments taken on site.

Our Operations level applications are built for the working day inside a venue: walk ins, guest capture, events and payment taken on the spot through Stripe, using tap to pay where the device supports it and emailed payment links where it does not, all synchronized with the portal.

Detail

In practice

What follows is the work we carry out in the field. The scope audit turns it into line items and fees.

Migration from WordPress

A good number of engagements start on WordPress or a similar CMS. We move everything we can reach, the database included, and bring it back online on a codebase you own.

  • A full inventory of the existing site: pages, media, taxonomies, users, orders and whatever else the database holds.
  • Content and records transferred into a schema designed around your operations rather than a plugin's.
  • The site republished as it stands, so nothing is lost, then reworked where the old structure was holding you back.
  • URLs, redirects, metadata and search position carried through the cutover.
  • Plugin behavior replaced by code we maintain, with new flows added on request once the data is in place.

Legal pages

Policy documents are drafted around your programs and the jurisdictions you operate in, then approved by the competent regulatory bodies.

  • Privacy and marketing notices that match how data is genuinely collected and used.
  • A cookie policy and consent layer that actually governs analytics and advertising tags.
  • Terms of service, enrollment and guest policies, media rights and sector specific rules.
  • GDPR, United States state privacy law, CAN SPAM and comparable obligations where they apply.

CRM and product shape

Operational data is modeled on the way your team works, rather than on the constraints of an off the shelf platform.

Data and merchandising

  • Program and page content managed without layers of unnecessary plugins.
  • Enquiries, members, guests, enrollments and staff tasks held in a single model.

Security and care

  • Multi factor authentication, roles, OAuth and privacy controls implemented in code.
  • Paladin perimeter hardening, live monitoring, patching, backups and certificates under platform care.
  • Seasonal updates to theme and interface as your programs change.

Paladin cybersecurity

Paladin is the security layer inside platform care. It protects the estate from intrusion without asking you to buy another product every year.

  • Perimeter firewalls strengthened beyond default hosting rules, tuned to your applications and traffic.
  • Monitoring systems we build and operate, with alerts routed to the same team that maintains the codebase.
  • Patch cadence, backup verification, and incident response tied to your SLA, not to a third party dashboard you never open.
  • Application level controls: MFA, roles, OAuth, and consent governed analytics already in scope for the build.
  • No plugin that stops updating when the license expires. Protection stays on because platform care stays on.

Integrations

The connections we build most often on a complete estate. Language model features go in where they improve a workflow and stay out where they do not.

  • Google Cloud and Workspace, with Gemini or OpenAI behind a staff handover.
  • Stripe checkout, subscriptions, payment links and tap to pay on supported hardware.
  • DocuSign for contracts and enrollment where the scope calls for it.
  • Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and Search Console, all held behind consent.
  • Twilio, Resend and multilingual routing where your audience requires it.

Where we deliver

Academies and venues, professional practices, commerce, membership organizations and hospitality.

  • Education and sports academies running admissions and member portals.
  • Clinics, practices and mid market operations with booking and CRM at the centre.
  • Retail and checkout on your own domain, with campaign landing pages feeding the CRM.
  • Venue staff tooling on the web and in Operations level native applications.

Marketing execution

This sits outside the platform build and outside the one off installation of tags. It covers running the campaigns, building the landing pages, feeding the CRM and reporting on the result, on an optional monthly retainer alongside platform care.
