To ensure seamless execution, should your organization retain our services for the full architectural development and implementation phase, the consultation honorarium will be fully credited toward your master development contract.

The Deliverable
Within 5 business days, you will receive a sophisticated Strategic Directive Document outlining the recommended architectural stack, migration considerations (if applicable), and an authoritative roadmap for execution.
Deliverable naming and document styling can be tailored to your brand language upon request.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Paid consultation sessions are eligible for a partial refund only when cancelled before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session are not refundable.
Refund credit starts at 90% when cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, then decreases by 5% for every 2-hour window closer to the session (down to 35% at the 2-hour minimum notice threshold).

Refund credits are issued to the original payment method. Partial refunds apply only to paid packages; complimentary sessions may be cancelled without charge when notice requirements are met.
